BECOME A FOUNDATION CHAMPION
The MOA Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3 charity that provides funding for programs that protect riders, promote development of a vibrant community, and preserve the stories of the people of the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America.
Foundation Champions demonstrate alignment with the MOA Foundation's mission by committing at least $10,000 (within ten years) to one or more MOA Foundation funds that support designated initiatives, such as the SafeMiles Endowment (providing rider safety training grants), the Historical Archive Endowment (preserving the history of the community of riders), and the Karol Patzer Children's Charity Fund (strengthening the community through support of children's charities). These funds are long-term initiatives that provide financial support for programs designed to make a meaningful impact in the lives of riders, their families, and their communities.
YOUR COMMITMENT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Your gift can be made in a single donation or through annually recurring gifts of $1,000 per year (or $84 per month).
CONTRIBUTING CHAMPION
A Contributing Champion is working on satisfying their first initial commitment of $10,000 within ten years.
FOUNDING CHAMPION
A Founding Champion has completed their commitment of donating $10,000 within ten years.
PREMIER CHAMPION
A Premier Champion has donated at least $25,000.
ELITE CHAMPION
An Elite Champion has donated at least $50,000.
CORNERSTONE CHAMPION
A Cornerstone Champion has donated at least $100,000.
The BMW MOA Foundation is a federally registered, 501c3, non-profit charity. Our Board of Directors is comprised entirely of volunteers that are passionate about rider proficiency and safety. We have a Platinum Transparency Rating with Candid (formerly GuideStar), and have been providing life-saving rider training grants and scholarships to motorcyclists of all ages, genders, and skill levels on any brand of bike for more than 25 years.
